ResidentialSeaway Drive Parksville
Seayway Drive is another energy efficient home built with SIPS. This 2,000 sq ft water front property in Parksville was a challenging build as the land was sensitive aboriginal area which meant all the soil on site needed to stay on site. A system of steel beams supports the building under ground so the soft soil could stay in place. We are extremely proud of this project and the results are breathtaking, not to mention the views!
