Below is a breakdown of the benefits offered to all employees**

Health benefits:

Our benefits package through Manulife is a 70/30 split where Boehm Construction pays 70% of employee premiums for items like dental, optical and prescriptions. Other benefits are offered, such as physio, massage, pediatrist, etc.

Boot allowance:

All field crews receive an annual work boot allowance of $300.

Training:

At Boehm Construction, we take safety very seriously and offer first aid training, fall protection, asbestos awareness, WHIMIS, just to name a few.

Not only do we offer safety training, but we also offer opportunities to attend conferences on building sciences and often have local experts give talks in our boardroom, ensuring that our staff is up to date on all things construction.

Team Building:

It can’t always be work! Building a crew that has a family vibe is certainly in our manifesto. Whether it’s our big Christmas party, go-karting, barbecues, or our quarterly nailing competition, we want you to all get to know each other and have a little fun to go with your hard work.
