Renovation Hammond Bay

This is a home on a gorgeous ocean front location overlooking shack Island.

These homeowners bought this home knowing it needed a full renovation. We transformed this home into a beautiful modern space with open concept living space.

The project was worthy of being featured on a TV show, complete with ups and downs and difficult decisions, one of which was the installation of a 600 lb steel beam in the basement to re-mediate a sagging living room floor.
