ResidentialGabriola Island

This is a single family home on Gabriola Island recently completed. It is a highly energy efficiency home built with #sips (Structural Insulated Panel System), it has its own fresh water retention tanks, high efficiency HRV, air source heat pump, and achieved a very high air-tightness rating. It is basically step code 4 and is a few solar panels away from being self sustaining and passive. We worked closely with the homeowner to help execute his vision of a small, efficient and sensible living space.At Boehm Construction we are committed to efficiency and sensibility.
