3417 Barrington is a home we built in 2016 for a couple who was ready to downsize. The home is modern on the outside and contemporary on the inside.  It is about 2,300 square feet plus the garage.  From the first time I stepped on the site I knew exactly what type of floor plan we needed to make best use of this wonderful property. There is tremendous privacy by having the great room and kitchen facing the green space. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and extra living space on the second floor.  The ground floor is built with heated concrete slab and it even more comfortable than it sounds. Natural gas heats both the domestic hot water as well as the living space and this home is very efficient and inexpensive to operate.
